New Zealand magazine distributor Gordon and Gotch has been named alongside three worldwide brands as a finalist in Progressive Enterprises’
Supplier of the Year Award – General Merchandise.

The nomination has capped off a successful year in which Gordon & Gotch grew their market share in Progressive by an additional 2.1 points.*

The ultimate winner of the award was plastics giant Sistema, ahead of other Finalists Panasonic and Pacific Brands.

Gordon & Gotch’s Retail Sales Manager, Mark McGregor says the company has placed a high focus on quality of service and the nomination is recognition of the effort that has been put in over the past few years.

“It is fantastic recognition of the work we have done with our retail accounts over the past few years, and great inspiration to continue to drive sales for our publishers. To be considered in the same field as three worldwide brands is a real boost for the company.”

Other recent successes for Gordon & Gotch have included the highly successful launches of new titles Recipes+ and NZ Women’s Health, as well as significant sales of the recent Sunday Star Times Election issue.
